Once you've got Wordpress installed on your domain, you just need to unzip the After Midnight theme to a local folder on your C drive, and upload it to /wp-content/themes on your domain. Next, activate it through the Wordpress Control Panel. I've included the instructions in the readme.txt file that comes with this zip file.
