Japan looks like they’ll be getting another option with the Sony PlayStation 3 Slim. Announced by Sony just a little while back, model CECH-2500 which sports a “classic white” finish will be released in Japan on July 29th and will include a 160GB hard disk drive.

In other Sony news, 34,980 yen will get you a 320GB charcoal black model and if you’re looking for a cheaper option, 29,980 yen will get you the black model, but with 160GB of storage. The only question remaining is if we’ll see this new option available globally or if it will be a limited release for Japan only?
