Similar to the rugged notebooks, this portable HDD can take a beating. It can be submerged in water depths up to 1 meter for 30 minute durations and it is shock resistant, able to withstand being dropped, although there is no clear indication from what height.
The A-Data SD93 is an external USB hard drive that is available in a variety of sizes (250GB, 320GB, 500GB and 640GB) as well as colors (yellow and red). The release date and pricing are still pending for this device.
