Walmart (NYSE: WMT) has announced some great deals on computer equipment. The deals are perfect for the bargain hunter and for the student who might want to get a jump on their back to school shopping.
The first deal that starts precisely at 8am on July 26th is on a Compaq Presario Notebook, model CQ60-419WM. As you might expect, this isn’t the latest notebook on the market, it originally debuted in January. However, priced at $298, the notebook rivals the price of some netbooks and will come standard with a 160GB hard drive, 3GB RAM, CD/DVD drive and Windows Vista.
On the same day, the other deal to be had will be an Acer AS5810-4657 All Day Computing Laptop that comes with an 8 hour extended battery life, 3GB RAM and a 320GB hard drive. The Acer laptop will be offered at $548.
More deals will be available throughout the summer and will probably be advertised in Walmart flyers or can be reviewed in their official press release.
