Romantic candle lit dinners are so passe, circa 1990 or thereabouts. You’ve just made a great dinner and want to have the perfect atmosphere. Put away the candles and simply plug in your dinner table, that is if you have the Time Table by Ross McBride.
The Time Table is a dinner table who’s surface is an LED display which shows the current time. What better way to have dinner then by the warm glow of LED lights. Heck, if you’re not having fun, at least you can see the time and realize just how slow time passes when you’re not having fun.
This table is quite interesting. According to the designer, the electronics needed to create it were quite minimal and the film itself is only 6 cm in thickness. Other features housed in this design include an auto updating clock that keeps the time, even when the LED lights are turned off. If that’s not enough, the table also has an alarm and timer.
