Earlier today, the UK 3G mobile carrier three UK posted a video to their website that showcased the new Samsung Galaxy Pro, an Android 2.2 handset that will be arriving on their network shortly.
Within the video, you get an overview of this Android phone which includes a 2.8-inch display screen that has capacitive touch. Unlike the Samsung Galaxy which has a display screen that is essentially the size of the front panel, you will notice that the Galaxy Pro comes with a smaller screen that is about half the size and the reason for this is because the remaining space is taken up by the QWERTY keyboard.
As an Android phone, the Galaxy Pro will have complete access to the Android market, allowing mobile users to download apps as required. The phone also has an 800MHz processor as well as a 3MP camera. Personal wireless hotspots will also be available and it appears that it may be a free service that is included with the One Plan.
The Samsung Galaxy Pro can be summed up as a pretty good Android smartphone that may appeal to customers that like the presence of a physical keyboard rather then a virtual version. Have a look at the video below for a quick demonstration of the features of the Galaxy Pro.
