The Disco era of the 70s never really died. It’s gone dormant, it’s become underground music, but it’s always been there.

This casual T-shirt revives disco once again (burn baby burn) and in the process, gives it a geek makeover. This piece of casual wear takes two highly recognizable objects, the shinny, mirrored disco ball and the Death Star and merges them to make a Star Wars themed T-shirt.

The T-Sketch t-shirt from Elektro range really has the look and feel of an Etch a Sketch for clothing. Writing your message on the wipe clean panel activates a glowing light below it to cause your text to glow. A series of settings can be manipulated to control that glow from a gentle hue to a pulsing strobe.
To erase your message, all you need to do is jump and and down a couple of times and the screen clears itself….only kidding. However, this t-shirt does require 2 AAA batteries to power itself.

For the lighter stuff this week, I got a good laugh from this picture. Quite often, you see twins that dress completely alike to accentuate their similarity, but here’s a nice twist on that.
