LG is set to unveil the world’s slimmest LED LCD TV (model LG LH95) at CES 2009.
With a thickness of only 24.8mm, the LG95 offers a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio and 240Hz TrueMotion Drive technology.
LG is so confident in the quality of their new LCD TV that they are claiming the LH95 will be the 2009 CES Innovation Award winner.
The LED Hourglass Lantern is a modern day twist on a concept that dates back to ancient times. Take an hourglass, remove the sand and replace it with modern LED lighting and you have an unusual gadget. That is the concept design developed by Young Bok Kim.

The jumbo LED alarm clock is…well, another alarm clock. The LED display looks interesting, but other then that, well…it’s another alarm clock. The clock has the usual features including AM/PM indicator, reset button, snooze button and measures 235×72x60 mm with a weight of 340g. In the off position, it does look like a large lego block. The clock is available in either blue or white and can be purchased at gadget4all for $59.00 US.
