The Yo-Yo Lamp is a fun gadget with a strange appearance. Designed by Almerich, the Yo Yo lamp can be setup as both a floor or hanging lamp.
The lamp itself consists of two rotational-molded polymer diffusers. It is around these diffusers that 10m of electrical cable is rolled around, giving this unique lamp it’s name. The height of the hanging lamp is determined by the amount of cable wrapped around the diffusers.
The Yo-Yo lamp retails for about $1500.

For a buy it now price of $9.99 on EBAY, you can own this fun gadget. Designed to resemble an ordinary glass of milk, this cool gadget is the Milk Glass LED Lamp.
The main control switch on this cute lamp is located on the bottom of the glass. Once in the on position, tilting the milk glass LED lamp right side up, causes the lamp to light up. Reposition the lamp on it’s side or upside down and the lamp will turn off. Three AAA batteries are required to power this unit. Video is available after the jump.

The Oxygen Tank Lamp is a unique lamp design. For those looking to use this lamp not just for lighting purposes but also for oxygen therapy will be disappointed to learn that the oxygen tank itself is nonfunctional and for decorative purposes only. Not sure what’s on the floor, perhaps a dirty sock, but this little lamp is holding on for dear life. The Martyr Lamp is the design of the Play Coalition. It’s a cute little lamp, I’m sure it would make a nice night light, but you probably wouldn’t want to put it in a room with a very young child as the bulb can get fairly hot.
