US based communication giant AT&T recently released the latest turn-by-turn GPS system for their iPhone-based systems aptly named AT&T Navigator. Quick to follow the multi-million dollar market of the iPhone, AT&T’s GPS Navigator system features voice guide, 3D on-screen navigation with automatic rerouting in case of a missed turn and automatic map updates.

HP announced a series of new iPhone apps, this time in the form of the classic calculator. Phonesuit has announced development of a micro projector that will be sold as an Apple iPhone/iPod accessory.

Known as the Mili Pro video projector, this gadget has been coupled with the PhoneSuit MiLi battery and speaker system to create a personal movie theater that can be used to watch podcasts, video clips and digital movies.

SIRIUS XM Radio announced today the availability of a free software download through the Apple app store that will allow iPhone and iPod Touch users to listen to SIRIUS XM Radio provided the user has an internet subscription to either SIRIUS or XM.

Exclusive sports and entertainment programming will be available including Oprah Radio, NHL Home Ice, PGA Tour, Martha Stewart Living Radio, CNN, Fox News Talk, NPR, and Mad Dog Radio.

The new Apple iPhone expected to be available next month will include a digital compass function that will be guided by means of an internal magnetometer.

The OS 3.0 image indicates this will be a user configured compass and by having this function separate from the GPS system affords the user with an easier navigational system.

Human Swine Flu (H1N1) has been the headline story on the nightly news with the World Health Organization (WHO) bumping the alert level of this virus to phase 4, one level below being deemed a flu pandemic. Some have questioned if this virus could be similar to the flu outbreak of 1918.

ServersMan@iPhone is an iPhone application that allows you to configure a web server on your iPhone. The new software application was designed by FreeBit, a Tokyo Based venture company.

Once the web server software has been installed, the iPhone can be accessed across the network using either a web browser or the webDAV protocol.
