It’s often said that a picture is worth more then a thousand words and this is so true when you look at the Global Warming Rug which depicts the effects of global warming without the use of a single word.

The Global Warming Rug was a joint project of Ricardo Casas, Alejandro Castro, Héctor Esrawe, Emiliano Godoy, Cecilia León de la Barra during 2008. From the site:

Global Warming contrasts the comfort and softness of a rug with a thorny problem that is specific to our time.
