Microsoft’s second kick at the can with their latest commercial really hits home the fact that there is nothing average about the typical PC user. All this was in an effort to counter the negative ads that we’ve seen from Apple, which I must say were well done.
Although Microsoft still does include some celebrities in their “Are you a pc?” ad, it mostly focuses on the average person you might meet on the street. If you haven’t had a chance to see the ad, I’ve included it below. Here’s a rather impressive, creative piece of advertising. Designed by Junior ad agency, this billboard ad which is located in a Brisbane bus shelter is made entirely of dice, 7563 die to be exact. The advertisement is for Treasury Casino and features a young woman laughing, I’m assuming that she may have hit the jackpot at the casino.
If you had a chance to read the article on the Nintendo Controller Wallet, here’s another example of geek fashion.
