T-Mobile HTC G2 Phone

It’s been nearly two years since the first Android OS T-Mobile G1 phone made its debut and at the rate at which technology changes, the G1 is due for a refresh. It looks like this is exactly what T-Mobile plans to do as they have launched a dedicated website (g2.t-mobile.com)for the HTC G2 phone.

Currently, the website is more a placeholder, announcing the G2. There isn’t any information detailing the product features or hardware, but it is a place where you can register your email address in order to receive product updates as they become available. The T-Mobile G2 will be closely integrated with Google services and it will be the only smartphone at this time to be able to function on 4G network speeds which is their HSPA+ network.

There are a lot of interesting questions that are arising about this new phone. Will the Android phone come with a physcial keyboard or will it be strictly a touch device and how about the processor, will it include the new 1.5Ghz CPU?
