Let’s face it, at one point or another, we’ve all enjoyed our favorite drink while working on a personal laptop. Of course, accidents are bound to happen and when your drink spills on your notebook, damaging the circuitry, that’s when regret sets in.

HP recognizes this and has unveiled two new notebooks, the ProBook 6545b and the ProBook 6445b. The notebooks are made from a sturdy magnesium alloy and features a modified keyboard so that any fluid spill simply flows around the vital electrical components and out from the bottom. If you happen to purchase one of these notebooks, I wouldn’t go testing this cool feature by spilling a can of coke on it but for the accidental spill, this feature can be very useful.

Outside of this spill resistant feature, the HP notebooks are fairly ordinary and come with an AMD processor and a 5 hour battery life. Pricing starts at $799 and goes up from there depending upon features and specifications needed.
