This solar powered ventilated cap is meant to keep you cool during the hot summer months.

The hat reminds me of the propeller hat that you saw geeks wearing in teen movies such as Revenge Of The Nerds. With the ecofriendly solar powered hat, you aren’t going to win any beauty competitions or high fashion awards, but if you don’t care about your personal appearance and just want to say cool, then this geeky hat may do the trick.

The cap goes high tech, replacing the propeller on top with a solar power panel. This panel uses sun energy to power a small fan on the bill of the cap. The cap size can be adjusted and sells for $3.99.
