Scan Toaster Prints Text And Images On Bread

There aren’t a lot of details on this, but designer Sung Bae Chang has come out with a concept product known as the Electolux Scan Toaster. The toaster connects to the internet via a USB connection and through that connection, is able to print images and text to a piece of toast using a flexible burning module.

For his efforts, Sung Bae Chang was a finalist in the design competition. There are no plans at this time to mass produce this toaster, but you can bet that if they ever did, you’d be seeing every type of miraculous toasted image popping up on Ebay.
