Samsung Saturn i6000

Samsung appears well entrenched to promote Android powered smartphones, adding the Saturn i6500 smartphone to it’s list of other Google phones, namely the Spica, the Moment, the Behold II and both the Galaxy i7500 and the Galaxy i5700.

The Saturn i6500 will run on the latest version of the Android operating system, version 2.0 and will come with an upgraded processor from 528Mhz to 800 Mhz as well as WiFi connectivity as confirmed by its WiFi Interoperability certification.

Other expected features of the phone will be 3.2-inch touchscreen display, HSPA, GPS, Bluetooth and a microSD card slot. An official image of the handheld device has not been released at this time, but it is believed that the new phone will retail early next year for about $440.
