Sprint Nextel introduced the Samsung Instinct HD as the successor to it’s popular Instinct phone. The new phone includes a high definition camcorder and a 5MP digital camera which for comparison purposes is greater then the 3MP camera currently found on the Apple iPhone 3GS.
In addition to the 720p HD recording, the Samsung phone includes HDMI-out, a 3.2-inch, 320×480 screen resolution touchscreen display, Wi-Fi connectivity, GPS and the Opera 9.7 mobile browser.
Priced at $249.99 after $100 rebate and upon signing a 2 year service contract, the Samsung Instinct HD will be available online and through Best Buy on September 27th.
