It’s expected that Apple will release a new version of their iPhone this year, but it appears that the launch date may be sooner then later. News reporters at the Telecoms Korea have received word from their sources that the new phone will be called the Apple 4G and that it will launch in Korea this June, leading one to believe that a global launch would be around the same time. According to sources, KT, Korea’s second largest mobile carrier has already inked a deal with Apple to begin selling the phones this summer.
Details are sketchy at this time, but the rumored Apple product is expected to include dual cameras supporting video chat, enhanced battery life and mobile TV service.
