It seems that Rogers Wireless has been on the forefront of technology lately, using the social networking site Twitter to announce that they will be the exclusive Canadian mobile carrier and the first in North America to carry the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10.
The Google Android 1.6 powered smartphone is expected to appear north of the border in Q2 2010. The X10 comes with a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250, 4-inch touchscreen display (480×854 screen resolution), 1GB memory, 8 megapixel camera with auto focus/flash as well as integrated WiFi and GPS technology.
There is no word yet of a US mobile carrier or launch date.
