The folks at Crackberry have been tipped about a new Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) Blackberry device that is on the way. The new BB model is the 9300 Curve which will replace the older 8500 model.
The Curve 9300 will include network connectivity through WiFi and 3G and it will most likely run on Blackberry OS 5.0, possibly OS 6.0. The unit will feature 256MB RAM and a 320×240 display screen. Little else is known about this device just yet, but a CDMA model may surface over at AT&T where it could find its niche with AT&T’s new $15/month plan.
