Esthetically speaking, there really isn’t anything out of the ordinary with these beer glasses. They look like a pretty standard item that you’d find in any local pub. The glasses are 8.25″ in height, can hold 15 oz of beer and have a slight green hue.
What’s different about these beer glasses is the material from which they are made. They are of course recycled, but the glass comes from recycled windshields. We’ve seen lots of recycled glasses, but usually the manufacturers aren’t so specific as to the material used to make the product.
With drinking and driving being such an issue in many countries, it’s only fitting that these glasses be made from recycled windshields as a reminder that the two activities don’t mix.
