The latest remote control toy from Wild Planet turns your kid into a tank commander, placing in his little hands the tools necessary to run a spy mission on family members. Wild Plantet’s new toy is called the Spy Video TRAKR. The RC toy comes with a color monitor and microphone and uses wireless technology to send real time information back to the color monitor located on the handheld remote control.
The tank also comes with Infrared Technology so that you can run night missions in pitch darkness without any issues and still receive video information about the person under surveillance. There’s even a motion sensor so that should you choose, you could leave the tank stationary in your room and any incursions from the enemy (ie brother or sister) will be detected and recorded on a flash card so that you have video evidence.
One of the most interesting features of the Spy Video TRAKR is that it is a programmable toy so that kids can write their own custom code and apply it to the tank or if they are not quite at that skill level yet, there is an online application modulator that will assist them in modifying applications. There’s even a code repository so that your latest and greatest hacks can be shared with other TRAKR owners online.
Expect to see the Spy Video TRAKR retail this October for $120.
