Pratone Lounge Chair – Resting On Grass, But Not Really

There’s nothing like lounging out on the grass on a hot sunny day, just gazing up at the sky, trying to figure out what each cloud looks like as it passes by. I suppose for those that have severe allergies, this may not be practical without a serious bout of sneezing and puffy eyes.

Rest assured, you are not forgotten. Gruppo Strum, an Italian based company out of Turin has created the Pratone Lounge Chair. This chair is meant to resemble grass, allowing you to lounge in whatever favorite position you prefer. Constructed out of painted polyurethane, this cool chair isn’t cheap and will set you back $14,165 USD. On the plus side though, you won’t have to worry about grass allergies if you set it up inside and gaze at the clouds through a nearby window.
