Helys, a french company will send you a DNA test kit through snail mail. You will need to take a DNA swab from the inner lining of your mouth and return the specimen to them. Three to five weeks later and $147 lighter in the pocketbook, the company will send you an email with a 320×480 pixel, 160 DPI DNA portrait that you can now download to your iPhone.
If you’re worried about your genetic code getting into the wrong hands, Helys does take your privacy concerns to heart and says “At the end of the process, your DNA is definitively destroyed by heating it at high pressure to 248° F.”
Truly this is geek art and with DNA being unique for each individual, I guess there can really be no mixing up your iPhone with a fellow nerd, provided you can recognize your DNA fingerprint.
