Nokia’s first capacitive touchscreen smartphone, the X6, will be released in the UK this coming Friday. We first heard about this phone back in September 09 when the mobile phone maker unveiled it at the Nokia World event which was held in Germany.
The mobile phone will be available exclusively through Phones4U with a £35 monthly service contract or if you trade in an N-series handset, you will be eligible for a £10 discount. The other option available is to purchase the phone outright for £449.
The X6 comes with a 3.2-inch display with 640×360 screen resolution, 5 megapixel digital camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and dual LED flash and a customized user interface with a Nokia Contacts Bar. Other features include 32GB of storage and a subscription to Comes With Music, Nokia’s online music service. Mobile phone users will also receive a free Rihanna track but listening it is not mandatory under the TOS.
