If you want a cool phone decked out in precious metals, check out the Nokia 6700 which features 18 carat gold plating. Known as the Gold Edition, the mobile phone was designed by Mark Delaney and includes stainless steel covers, metal keymat, special edition “living wallpapers” and a genuine leather carrying case with strap.
Spec wise, the Nokia 6700 includes a 5 megapixel camera, A-GPS, 3G, Bluetooth as well as an 8GB microSD card for digital data storage. Expect to see the Gold Edition debut in select markets in the first quarter of 2010. The Nokia 6700 mobile phone is priced at 370 Euro or 545 USD and is another in a long line of limited edition phones such as the LG BL40 Chocolate Christmas Edition.
