The Nintendo 3DS portable game console isn’t even available for purchase through your favorite electronics store yet, but the device has already been torn down to reveal its component parts.
iFixit may be the source of many tear downs, but this is not the case with this early device which was picked up by a couple of folks. Though the components are now viewable, there really isn’t anything overly unusual about the innards that drive the Nintendo 3DS which will go on sale in Japan later this week. It will be interesting to see what kind of attention this device generates when it is available.
There were quite a few other pictures on the originating website, but unfortunately the webpage is down at this time so if you do want to see more, it should be available through Google cache.
