OCZ has plunged into the Netbook market with their first netbook known as the OCZ Neutrino. The OEM hardware manufacturer is well known for it’s DIY computer products and keeping with this philosophy, OCZ has ensured that the Neutrino is expandable and customizable.
The OCZ will come with an Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz processor, 2GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, 10-inch backlit LCD display with 1024×600 resolution, WiFi ethernet and a 1.3 MP webcam.
A number of optional upgrades will be available, including a 250 GB solid state drive (SSD) hard drive. Users will also have a choice of operating systems and can select either Windows XP or Linux. Pricing and release date for this new netbook are still forthcoming.
