MS Bluetooth Keyboard 6000

Microsoft unveiled its thinnest keyboard yet. Dubbed the “Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000,” it’s barely thicker than a triple-A battery. As the name suggests, it’s only compatible with Bluetooth-enabled PC’s. With it’s thin profile and Microsoft’s patented Comfort Curve design, it’s bound to be a treat to use for anyone who spends long periods of time in front of a computer.

Microsoft’s Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000 addresses common complaints among PC users. Aside from the usual ergonomics issue, it also tackles the usual notebook and netbook user gripe – the lack of a numeric keypad. This was the rationale behind Microsoft’s decision to have the numeric keypad separate from the keyboard – that would let interested notebook users buy just the Bluetooth numeric keypad on its own.

The Bluetooth Mobile Keyboard 6000 will be available next month, and ship out at around $89.96 for both the keyboard and the numeric keypad. If you’re a notebook user and would much rather just get the number pad, you can have it for $44.95.

More good news – Microsoft also offers a three-year hardware warranty for these babies, and they’re good no matter where you live in the world.
