There’s been considerable talk about the Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse which is supposed to be the Redmond company’s response to the Apple Magic Mouse. The talk started as just rumors that Microsoft was developing such a peripheral device which then progressed to a possible launch coming soon.
Although Microsoft hasn’t been forthcoming with new information about this device, could it be that the launch date will be sooner rather then later? It seems that a German online store accidentally leaked images of the Microsoft mouse, giving users a good idea of what the device might look like. According to the box art, the tag line for the Arc Touch is “curve for comfort, flatten to pack” and it will be a wireless mouse, utilizing the 2.4GHz frequency for communication. Apparently, it will ship within 5-10 business days post order and will sell for $90. We’ll see if there will be anything coming from the Microsoft camp in regards to this new information.
