LG plans to release their latest smartphone, the LG GW820 eXpo, via AT&T retailers. The LG GW820 is a powerful business phone with a special edge — it has a projector that’s capable of displaying images of up to 40 inches in dimension. Should make an impact for people always out of town on business.
The GW820 eXpo features a 3.2-inch screen with an 800×480 pixel touchscreen display. It runs on Windows Mobile 6.5, and features Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, a 1600 mAh battery, and Wi-Fi support. And to keep your work safe, it comes with a fingerprint sensor. Rounding out this pretty package is a 5MP camera with flash and autofocus, GPS support, and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
The strongest point, of course, remains the built-in projector. It’ll make it easier for businessmen to whip out presentations whenever they need to. 40 inches isn’t something to laugh at — it’s still a lot easier than giving presentations on a laptop. Less bulky, too.
The LG GW820 will hit AT&T retailer shelves today, so if you’ve been waiting for a good business phone for the holidays, this just might be what you were waiting for.
