
Who loves cookies? Telus is banking that those in the Great White North will have a love affair with cookies as they will be the exclusive carrier of the LG Cookie Plus smartphone. Available in either pink or charcoal grey, the LG Cookie Plus comes with a 240×400 pixel resolution 3-inch display screen and offers up a 3MP camera with digital zoom and video recording support.
It will also have a microSD card slot that is expandable to 32GB and a long life lithium ion battery that provides enough charge for 3.6 hours of talk time and 400 hours in standby mode. The Plus is the sequel to the original LG Cookie and has been enhanced with better social networking support for Facebook, Flickr and Twitter. It will also include the LG LiveSquare interface.
According to internal documentation that has been obtained, the LG Cookie Plus will sell for $179.99 contract free. Go for a contract and the LG phone can be yours for $129.99 on a one year term, $79.99 on a two year term or $29.99 on a three year term.
