Looking at the above picture, you’d think this is the latest spy gadget or some kind scope. In actuality, this cool gadget is the Image Fulgurator. Designed by Julius von Bismarck’s, the Image Fulgurator consists of a camera into which a digital slide has been loaded.
On top of the unit is a sensor. When it recognizes a flash from a nearby camera, the Fulgurator triggers to project the image of whatever was on the digital slide onto the photograph being taken by the other camera. The process is so quick, within a blink of an eye, that no one is the wiser that a digital photo manipulation has occurred.
With professional photo editing software such as Photoshop being so readily available, you can now add Image Fulgurator to the list of reasons to be cautious and question whether a photo has been manipulated and altered when it looks odd.
