
The HP Mini 311 is the first netbook with NVIDIA’s Ion platform. With an entry level price of $399.99 and up, the HP netbook features a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, 1GB RAM, 1.6-inch diagonal HD display with 1080p HD content playback. 802.11g wireless internet connectivity will also be a standard feature on the base model.
From there, users have an option to customize their HP machine. Want an Intel Atom N280 processor? $25 please. Want a white chassis? Extra $20 please. Other available optional upgrades include 802.11n, bluetooth and integrated WWAN (wireless wide area network).
