Google Nexus 4 Is In Stock Again

It’s been tough for customers to get their hands on Google’s highly popular Nexus 4 smartphone. Each time the Android phone is spotted as being available through the Google Play Store, it’s status is quickly changed to sold out.

This is a nice position for any company to be in as it means that interest in this handset is high. For those that have been trying to buy the handset, there is some good news as the Nexus 4 is once again in stock. According to reports available from a number of major blogs, the Nexus 4 went on sale again officially two hours ago, at 12 PM Eastern. One of the subtle changes that was noticed on the Google Play Store was the wording of the availability of this device. Where it previously said that the Nexus 4 was “Sold Out”, it said that the handset is “Temporarily Out Of Stock” prior to stock being available.

Interestingly enough, it was just about a week ago when we heard Larry Page address the challenge of having the Nexus 4 in stock and Page did say that Google was working with suppliers to ensure that availability of the handset would increase. Here we are a week later and we see that the handset is now available.
