
Google Earth for the iPhone has been upgraded to version 2.0. There are a couple of new features that have been introduced with the new version. First, Google has added support for 31 foreign languages, a big jump from 18 which were included with version 1.0. Some of the languages supported are English, Greek, Russian, Hebrew, Czech. A full list of supported languages are available through the Google Mobile Blog.
Another new feature of version 2.0 is the availability of custom maps through My Maps. With this new feature, you can view maps created by either yourself or by others.
Aside from these two new features, there is some minor navigational adjustments added such as a slight glow when you touch an icon, thereby confirming your selection.
