
Fujitsu is known for their small computers such as the LifeBook U8×0 series and it look like the firm is planning on adding a new UMPC to their lineup, this time in the form of the Lifebook UH900.
The new model which is powered by an Intel Atom Z530 processor will be available in Hong Kong on December 17th for $1417. Standard features included are a 5.6-inch WXGA display, a 62GB solid state drive, a webcam and a stereo microphone as well as network connectivity through WiFi and Bluetooth. The unit will also run on the Windows 7 platform and is capable of 3 hours of usage while on battery power which can be further extended by an additional 3 hours by using the Eco feature.
Consumers will have a choice of three colors, either black, gold or red and can also choose an optional integrated 3.5G WWAN if they so desire.
