I guess when you’re Darth Vader and busy running a galactic empire hell bent on designing powerful weapons that can destroy the rebel alliance, you probably don’t have a human resources department that is well versed in equal hiring.

Called Femtrooper, one graphic designer appears to have had the same thought and has taken the time to design a prototype costume with the female storm trooper in mind. This could certainly assist the galactic empire HR department with hiring and retaining more female workers.
