Sony Japan announced that their Sony Vaio C series laptops will now be available with faux crocodile skin.
The move comes in an effort by Sony to provide users with not just a great quality laptop backed by the Sony brand name, but also something that is stylish and would meet the needs of niche market.
Preorders for the new Vaio CS lines are being taken with consumers having a choice of either red, brown or pink. Although the new laptop casing does look like genuine leather, it is actually made using plastic that contains a textured pattern to simulate fake crocodile skin.
The three models to be released are the VGN-CS92DS, VGN-CS92JS, and VGN-CS92XS. These models will be available in Japan only starting on April 18th for about $1024.

That is cool. Their gorgeous and seem durable. Still the cost is high for my taste but there is no doubt that they will be a big hit worldwide.
