Have you heard of FarmVille? If you have, you’re probably one of the 400 million Facebook users as this viral game has now surpassed 80 million active users per month. The online game which is the property of Zynga has seen an astronomical growth rate of 10 million users per month with almost 30 million users playing the Facebook game on a daily basis.

Zynga has made the claim that the user base of their farming game is now larger then the entire user base of Twitter, and they’re right. Zynga has certainly been recognized for their accomplishments with FarmVille taking the top prize of Social Networking Game of the Year at the 13th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards that was recently held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
