Epson has unveiled their new all in one printer in the Epson NX420. The new Epson printer holds the distinction of being the first 802.11 Wireless N printer that is available for $100.
As an AIO printer, the NX420 comes with print, scan and copy functionality and putting aside the high speed wireless connectivity for a moment, the printer does come with other features that will appeal to consumers looking to buy a new printer. These include the ability to scan both documents and images at a high resolution of 2400 DPI (dots per inch), as well as the ability to make multiple copies of both black and white or color documents in a single go.
The print speeds for the NX420 have been benchmarked to 3.3 ISO ppm (pages per minute) in full color or 6.4 ISO ppm using just black ink. Finally, rounding out the features are automatic photo correction, image enhancing, easy red eye removal functionality and low cost ink cartridges that start at $8.99.
