
The Dukane name may not be as common a household name as say a Samsung or Sony, but today, the company that is involved with audio/visual gadgets has launched its ImagePro 8111H, a short throw projector.
Sure to please movie fans, the new device comes with a 16:10 aspect ratio with 1280 x 800 WXGA pixel resolution. Other features include a brightness 2,000 ANSI lumens, network connectivity, HDMI support as well as air filters and lamps that have been rated for 4,000 hours of active use before a change is required. In terms of usability, the device includes a notable feature that reduces onscreen shadows as well as makes a concerted effort to reduce glare and bright lights in the eyes of the presenter.
Though the Dukane ImagePro 8111H was recently announced, the official press release does not offer any further details as to retail pricing or possible release dates.
