Wireless technology just became a lot more geeky with Luke Anderson’s rather cool DIY Lego router. His router design is based upon the Linksys WRT54GL router and when you look at the finished product, it’s amazing, you can see the quality throughout the design.

No detail was to small to not include in the Lego router. Hence, his router design is fully functional and includes all of the ports, buttons and LED lights. Of course, a good router needs ventilation and Anderson accommodated for this with air vents in his design to ensure adequate air flow.
This isn’t the first time that Anderson has worked with Lego bricks as he has also made a Lego computer some two years ago. With both the PC and wireless router now in place, could a fully furnished Lego home office be next with a functional Lego VoIP phone and perhaps a Lego multi-functional printer?
