Designer Alexei Mikhailov has created a concept design known as the iStick.
This cool design is his vision of a future iPod and incorporates Apple’s trend towards miniaturization and minimalism.
All four surfaces of the iStick would include touchscreen technology, allowing for considerable interactivity and ease of use. The silver cube at the top of this gadget would be the location of the new scroll wheel and would allow for volume control. Through the integrated wireless WiFi, you would also be able to browse the iTunes store for any song downloads you may be interested in buying.
To finish the design, the Mikhailov design would also include wireless stereo earbuds and probably just like the Apple Shuffle, third party headphones would be available but at an additional expense.
