I’m not a smoker, but over the years, you can’t help but feel a bit sorry for smokers as local bylaws have gotten tougher and tougher, restricting where people can and cannot smoke. Each city is different with their bylaws, but in some cities, it’s gotten so tough that previously, smokers could smoke just outside a building, but now they have to be 50 feet or so away from a public doorway. I can understand why governments do this, it’s a method by which they can reduce second hand smoke and the diseases caused by that.

As cable become more prevalent, the number of rooftop antennas began to decline. With satellite TV becoming very popular now days, we’ve come full circle and the rooftops are once again covered with contraptions, this time satellite dishes.
