I’m not a smoker, but over the years, you can’t help but feel a bit sorry for smokers as local bylaws have gotten tougher and tougher, restricting where people can and cannot smoke. I can understand why governments do this, it’s a method by which they can reduce second hand smoke and the diseases caused by that.
