Texte-ile is the name of this unique chair that is made from PC keyboards. The chair was part of the UMUL 2009 project (Use More, Use Less) which stresses re-use design and go green ideas.

In order for this project to advance, the designers Dante Bonuccelli and Lamm used keyboards of the same model and dimensions.

The ctrl alt del reboot tool is the lazy man’s tool to eliminate the need for touch typing when trying to either bring up Windows task manager or reboot a pc.

There’s not a lot of detail on this crazy tool other then the picture but needless to say, this was designed for a windows operating system and will only work with a standard keyboard.

Steampunk art has a strong following and a designer named Markus created his keyboard mod known as the steampunk keyboard.

This cool keyboard was encased within a wood frame and not just any wood, but old wood from unwanted furniture. The wood itself is over 80 years and has scratches, nicks as well as wormholes which add to the character of this DIY project.
The finished product looks great. The keyboard has that antique look to it, almost as if it is some strange device from the Victorian era.

Jenga is a strategy game requiring skill and manual dexterity. The objective of the game is remove blocks from the center of the Jenga tower and placing them back on top without the towers collapsing.

One creative soul put his woodworking skills to use and created a geeky solution to this game. Rather then manually pulling out the blocks one at a time, he’d shoot them out with a wooden gun. Hence the Jenga Pistol was born.
