So you’re off to a wedding, you’ve finally had a chance to be fitted for a tux, now you just need cufflinks to go with them. Thoughts run through your mind as to what would be the perfect cufflinks. Perhaps something with a monogram, or how about something traditional such as plain gold cufflinks?
Nope, both are just to traditional. J. Marier’s cufflinks, which he made for a friends birthday, are made from 1 megabit Atmel Eproms. 10’s across the board for originality.

A nice, easy do it yourself project reported by Make on how to take scrabble tiles and convert them into elegant pendants.
This is another one of those projects that young children would love to participate in. It’s simple, limited material is required and the final product is something unique and different. Apparently, it’s the diamond glaze used in this DIY that give these pendants their shine.

In either case, Instructables has a nice DIY that will allow you can create your own USB Batman spotlight.

Disposing of them with a CD shredder is one way to securely discard unwanted data, but if you’re not overly concerned about the contents of the CDs and are looking for an innovative do it yourself project, consider making a set of dumbbells with them.

How cool is this. Fully functional workstations that are housed within the confines of an actual wheel of a car. Add a few special effects such as lighting and you’ll probably have one of the best looking workstations in the neighborhood. Obviously some car enthusiast who also likes to tinker with computers has a lot of talent. Pictures of the different designs are below.
