Even the most loyal of iPhone fans may have just a little bit of Droid envy because of the full QWERTY keyboard. This next product from BoxWave won’t put a smile on Steve Jobs face, but it may just put to rest that small bit of envy that some iPhone users have.
BoxWave has come out with the Keyboard Buddy which is a physical keyboard peripheral device for the iPhone. The Keyboard Buddy is actually a complete iPhone 4 case that comes with cutouts that account for just about everything, including the volume rocker and camera. Once the case is securely snapped in place, the bluetooth keyboard is at your disposal for use. The case comes complete with a USB charging cable and can be powered on and off to not just save battery life, but to also switch between the native Apple touchscreen keyboard and the QWERTY keyboard that comes with the case.
A full charge of the case will provide enough juice to keep the keyboard going for 45 days. The case is available in solid black for $69.95. Pre-orders are being accepted with shipping to commence on December 14th.
