Great. These things are worse than Tasers in the wrong hands (pun intended), such as over eager or sadistic cops…or crims. Like millions of Americans, I suffer from bouts of atrial fibrillation, a very common heart arrhythmia. One jolt from these by a mugger and I would immediately be in serious trouble and may even die.

Ban them and make owning one a mandatory jail sentence.
