Insane Bicycle

This concept comes from the wacky files. The Bi-Cycle comes with two wheels, two pedals, two handle bars, broken bones not included.

I’m not sure how someone came up with this idea, who knows, perhaps the inventor was on a bike, collided with another bicyclist, realized that both bikes could not be salvaged and decided to take parts from both bikes to make a single bike.

The Bi-Cycle is essentially two unicycles that are connected by a bar. When one person pedals and steers to go in a forward direction, the other bicyclist is supposed to sit there and do nothing but watch the world go past them…backwards mind you. Should the urge strike the second cyclist to start peddling at the same time, both wheels move in opposite directions causing both riders to fall.

The creator of this bike states that this bike requires a certain “trust bond between the riders,” and that is an understatement.

I know the perfect place where this bike would be of great use. Have you ever seen the shows on TV where couples go for marriage counseling and part of building trust between the couple again requires having one person fall back and trusting that the second partner will be behind them to catch them.

Why do that, just stick them on a bi-cycle and watch the trust develop…and hopefully no broken bones in the process.
